  Group Sales Office Coordinator
  Position Responsibilities:
  • Screen incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person and take messages.
  • Collect, sort, and distribute mail.
  • Prepare a schedule of all events that are planned and forward appropriate information to each department weekly.
  • Assist in bookkeeping for the department. Maintain files and copies of all deposits
  • Perform other duties as instructed.

  • Qualifications:
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Organized, efficient and able to multi-task.
  • 2-3 years’ of clerical experience necessary.

      Financial Group Assistant
      Position Responsibilities:
  • Support the Accounts Payable function e.g. filing, document archive, check stuffing, and date stamping invoices.
  • General clerical duties.
  • Perform all required typing and correspondence.
  • Perform other work as assigned by management.

  • Qualifications:
  • Must have basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in administrative support position.

      Payroll Manager
      Position Responsibilities:
  • Compile payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, sick-time, insurance and 401(k) deductions.
  • Update records by reviewing and entering changes in exemptions, insurance changes, deductions, paid-time not worked, status, and pay; calculate vacation.
  • Prepare pay by verifying time records, combining timesheets; input hours and reconcile timesheets.
  • Balance payroll registers by auditing information, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Process weekly transfer of payroll data to ADP.
  • Assist Payroll Director in overseeing Payroll Department and proper processing while enforcing NYRA policies and procedures.

  • Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years experience with ADP Enterprise payroll processing required.
  • Familiar with payroll taxes, medical benefits, 401(k). Experience with a union covered payroll a plus.
  • Basic accounting skills required.
  • Knowledge of Reportsmith and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage strict deadlines and resolve employee complaints regarding problems with pay.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.

      Assistant to the Director of Licensing & Customer Services
      Position Responsibilities:
  • Assist Director in the overall vision, direction, coordination, and evaluation of the NYRA stores.
  • Assist Director in all aspects of Customer Services.
  • Responsible for store customer service, maximizing sales and profitability, controlling expenses and shortages and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
  • Assist in placing product orders, input purchase orders, print barcodes for inventory and coordinate the receiving warehouse.
  • Assist in merchandising and display maintenance, floor moves, price controls and choosing logos.

  • Qualifications:
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Basic Computer skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Sales and Cash Management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
