Those two are out of Starry Lake, a half-sister to two black-type winners, including Hi Tech Honeycomb, who captured a minor stakes at Prairie Meadows and placed in two graded events at Gulfstream Park. PALOOZA (2yo chestnut filly) is out of Fortyniner Fever, an unraced half-sister to the 2000 Kentucky Derby winner Fusaichi Pegasus. Mr. Prospector sired Fusaichi Pegasus, while Forty Niner, a son of Mr. Prospector, sired Fortyniner Fever. Palooza, a half-sister to overnight stakes winner Bold Angel and Grade 3 Kentucky Cup Juvenile victor Texas Fever, hails from Hennessy’s final North American crop. She sold for $185,000 at the 2008 Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale, making her the most expensive of eight weanlings by Hennessy to sell at auction in 2008. BUSTER’S READY (2yo bay filly), a homebred by More Than Ready, is the first foal out of the unraced mare Beatem Buster, a half-sister to the 2005 Horse of the Year and Breeders’ Cup Classic winner Saint Liam, who like Buster’s Ready was by a sire representing the Halo line.
