Information We Collect: In connection with our check cashing, account wagering, and Horsemen Bookkeeper’s services we collect non-public personal information about you that you voluntarily provide at the time you apply to use these services. Protecting Information: We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those employees of NYRA who have a need to know this information. We instruct all employees about our privacy policy. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information and maintain the safety of all our records each year to help make certain that we are providing physical protection to your records in accordance with sound and prudent business practices.

We will continue to adhere to the policies and practices described in this privacy policy with respect to the information that we have acquired, even when you are no longer a customer.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time and will provide you with a notice describing the revised policies. In addition, our policy will be sent to you annually.
