Accessible Seating for Guests with Disabilities

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) strives to provide wheelchair and companion seating to our patrons with disabilities. Accessible seating is available in the Clubhouse and Grandstand of Saratoga Race Course as indicated on the Seating Chart.

Gifting or reselling of seats to an individual who does not require a wheelchair accommodation, will require that the user visit the NYRA Ticket Office prior to the race date and exchange their ticket. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to communicate this policy to the ticket user. NYRA may exchange wheelchair accessible tickets for more appropriate seat locations, subject to availability. Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.  NYRA reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair & companion seats.
