Race 11:Steward’s Inquiry and Jockey’s objection from the rider of the 3rd place horse # 7 Bluegrass Flash(Joel Rosario) for alleged interference with the 1st place horse # 6 Elroi (Christopher DeCarlo). Inside the 1/16 pole, # 7 Bluegrass Flash shifts out taking # 6 Elroi out several paths. # 6 then comes back in causing # 7 to steady briefly as # 6 shifts in while passing. After reviewing the video and hearing statements from the riders of the #6 and #7.
In the judgment of the stewards this incident did not alter the final placement and the race is official as is.
