  Saratoga Race Course 2011

Wednesday through Saturday get an early start on the day with simulcasting from the United Kingdom and Ireland at "The Post" restaurant area near the Saratoga Paddock. Watch and wager on the top thoroughbreds running at the premiere British and Irish race courses - including Ascot, Goodwood, Leopardstown, Newmarket and York.

Highlights of the summer season are Glorious Goodwood from high atop the magnificent Sussex Downs in late July; York's Ebor Festival in August, featuring some of Europe's richest and most famous races, and the Irish Champion Stakes at Leopardstown on September 4th.

Many leading European contenders pointing for the Breeders' Cup will race at these events. Three Breeders' Cup Challenge "Win and You’re In" Gr1 Stakes from Britain and Ireland will be broadcast live during the Saratoga meet. Winners of these races get an automatic berth in the World Championships at Churchill Downs in November

Free past performances and tip sheets will be available in the British Racing simulcast area at "The Post". First race on weekdays is 9:00 a.m; 8:45 a.m. on Saturday.

There is no cover charge for seating at "The Post" prior to 10:00 a.m, but those fans wishing to stay for the balance of the day are required to pay admission and display a wrist band.
