The New York Racing Association's commemorative 2017 Racing Calendar will officially go on sale Sunday, January 1, exclusively at Aqueduct Racetrack.
Racing fans visiting the Big A on New Year's Day can purchase the calendar on track for $5 on at the south end of the first floor of the Aqueduct clubhouse. The 2017 calendar will remain on sale for the duration of the Aqueduct meet while supplies last, at the program sellers' booth, located on the first floor of the Aqueduct clubhouse.
The 2017 calendar will include full-color photos featuring:
• Arrogate, winner of the Grade 1 Travers
• Frosted, winner of the Grade 1 Metropolitan Mile Handicap and Whitney
• Songbird, heroine of the Grade 1 Alabama and Coaching Club American Oaks
• Flintshire, winner of Grade 1 Woodford Reserve Manhattan and Sword Dancer
• Creator, winner of the Grade 1 Belmont Stakes
• Cavorting, heroine of Grade 1 Ogden Phipps and Personal Ensign
• Lady Eli, winner of Grade 1 Flower Bowl Invitational
• Connect, 3-year-old winner of the Grade 1 Cigar Mile
• A.P. Indian, winner of the Grade 1 Alfred G. Vanderbilt
• Shaman Ghost, Grade 1 Woodward Stakes victor
In addition to the calendar promotion on January 1, the day will also feature an exciting day of live racing at Aqueduct to begin the year. Admission gates open at 11 a.m. and first post is 12:20 p.m.
