60-1 longshot leads to $133,982 two-day Pick 6 Carryover

The Pick 6 went unsolved for a second straight day, triggering a carryover of $133,982 when live racing resumes on Friday, March 22 at Aqueduct Racetrack.

In Race 4, Stilts (No. 8, $15.60) kicked off Sunday's Pick 6 sequence at odds of 6-1, followed by Beyond Discreet (No. 3, $11.80) upsetting 2-5 mutuel favorite Smiles From Sadie in Race 5. Roseboro (No. 8, $6.70) bested post-time favorite Deputy Flag to win Race 6.

The day's biggest price came in Race 7 when Manifest Destiny (No. 8, $123.50), at 60-1 under jockey Tzeonn Chang, held off favored Flatexcel, triggering the two-day Pick 6 carryover. It marked Chang's first win since 2009.

Morning Breez (No. 6, $7.70) narrowly turned back Candid Desire in Race 8 under Jose Lezcano, while favored Midnitesalright (No. 9, $3.60) provided Manny Franco with his fourth win on the card to close out Sunday's action from the Big A.

A consolation payout of $889 was awarded to bettors who had five of six winners in the Pick 6.

Live racing resumes on Friday at Aqueduct with a 1:30 p.m. first post. The Pick 6 will begin in Race 4 with an approximate post of 3:15 p.m.
