Get Jets looks for third straight stakes win in Saturday's G3 Red Smith Bluegrass Jamboree headlines NYSS Staten Island on Sunday

Set to make his graded stakes debut and looking to pick up his third consecutive victory, Team D's Get Jets will headline a field of 12 in the 58th running of the Grade 3, $200,000 Red Smith at 1 3/8 miles on the inner turf on Saturday at Aqueduct Racetrack.

A 4-year-old New York-bred colt by Scat Daddy, the Tony Dutrow-trained Get Jets didn't make his first start on the turf until his sixth career start, winning an optional claimer at Belmont by 1 ½ lengths. Running exclusively on the grass since, he has four wins with two second-place finishes from six starts over the surface.

Get Jets won back-to-back New York-bred stakes this summer and fall, capturing the West Point 1 1/16 miles on August 25 at Saratoga Race Course and winning the 1 1/8-mile Ashley T. Cole by a nose last time out on September 24 at Belmont Park.

"We couldn't be any happier with him," said Dutrow. "He's just trained phenomenal for the Red Smith. We're excited to see if he can get the added distance. We have a quality horse, and I have confidence he'll run very well, but we are experimenting to see if he can handle the added distance. It's a question mark but we'll find out on Saturday. If he can we can begin to make plans for him next year with that information in mind."

Get Jets will be ridden by Hall of Famer John Velazquez from post 3.

Trainer Chad Brown will saddle a pair of formidable contenders for Klaravich Stables in Money Multiplier and Call Provision.

Money Multiplier, a 5-year-old son of Lookin At Lucky, has made three starts this year, picking up a victory in the Grade 2 Monmouth stakes this past summer at Monmouth Park. Most recently, he finished a troubled eighth in the Grade 1 Joe Hirsch Turf Classic on September 30.

Winning two of his last three starts with a second-place finish by a nose to Get Jets in the Ashley T. Cole, Call Provision will look to turn the tables on Get Jets following his runner-up finish in their last meeting in the Ashley T. Cole. Bred in New York, the 4-year-old Lemon Drop Kid gelding has three wins from four starts at the distance and most recently captured an optional-claiming race on October 20 at Belmont Park.

Call Provision will depart from post 10 with Irad Ortiz, Jr. aboard. Money Multiplier will leave from post 2 with Hall of Famer Javier Castellano in the irons.

Making his first start at Aqueduct for trainer Mike Maker and owners Ken and Sarah Ramsey is Oscar Nominated. The 4-year-old multiple graded stakes winner will look to improve off a second-place finish in the Grade 1 Canadian International on October 15 at Woodbine.

With Jose Ortiz aboard, the pair will leave from post 5.

Drawing the rail, Maker will also saddle St. Louie for Three Diamonds Farm entering off an allowance win on October 6 at Kentucky Downs. Luis Saez will be aboard.

Rounding out the field is a pair for trainer Graham Motion with Gestut Brummerhof's homebred Messi and Augustin Stable's Spring Quality ; Hunter O'Riley for trainer Jimmy Toner and owners Sean Shaw and Michael Ryan; Soluble for trainer Bobby Ribaudo and owner Marc Keller and Memories of Peter for trainer James Ryerson and owner-breeder Patricia A. Generazio and Tricked Up for E.V. Racing Stable and trainer Naipaul Chatterpaul. Turco Bravo is a main-track-only entrant for trainer David Cannizzo and Ivery Sisters Racing.

Sunday's nine-race card at the Big A will be highlighted by the $125,000 New York Stallion Series Staten Island for New York-bred fillies and mares 3-years-old and up at seven furlongs.

Trainer Charlie Baker will send Bluegrass Jamboree, also owned by Baker in partnership with Sugar Maple Farm. By Bluegrass Cat, the 3-year-old filly has four wins and two seconds from six starts this year. In her most recent start on October 20 at Belmont, she impressively won an optional-claiming race for state-breds by 1 ¾ lengths while recording a field-high 92 Beyer Speed Figure.

With Dylan Davis aboard, Bluegrass Jamboree will break from post 4.

Baker will also saddle Riot Worthy, a 4-year-old filly by Patriot Act who finished second to Your Love in an optional claiming event on October 25. Riot Worthy will be ridden by Manny Franco from the outside post.

Walking L Thoroughbreds and Magdalena Racing will enter Wonderment. Trained by Kenny McPeek, the daughter of Cosmonaut captured the Artic Queen on October 2 at Finger Lakes and followed with a fourth-place finish in the Iroquois on October 21.

Drawing post 5, Wonderment will be ridden by Jose Ortiz.

Rounding out the field is Passporttovictory for owners Michael and Jules Iavarone and trainer David Cannizzo; Bee Noteworthy for trainer James Bond and owners Check Mark Stables; Behrnik's Bank for trainer Enrique Arroyo and owner Peter Kazamias and Frosty Margarita for trainer Rudy Rodriguez and owner-breeder Gabrielle Farm.
