NYRA partners with Oaklawn Park to offer Cross Country Pick 5 on Saturday

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) will again partner with Oaklawn Park to host a Cross Country Pick 5 on Saturday, highlighted by the $100,000 Franklin Square for New York-bred 3-year-old fillies at Aqueduct Racetrack and the $100,000 Downthedustyroad Breeders' at Oaklawn.

Saturday's sequence will begin with two races at the Big A, starting with the fifth running of the Franklin Square in Race 8 [post time of 4:26 p.m. Eastern] and the card's ninth and final race with a 4:57 p.m. post time.

The third-through-fifth legs will feature three races at Oaklawn, starting with Race 7 at 5:11 p.m.; the 11th running of the Downthedustyroad Breeders' for fillies and mares 3-years-old and up at 5:41 p.m.; and the card's finale in Race 9 with a 6:11 p.m. post time.

All the action will be shown on FOX Sports Saturday At The Races, airing 4-6:30 p.m. Eastern time on FS2. The live broadcast will feature both of the Cross-Country Pick 5 races at Aqueduct, the fifth-through-ninth races at Oaklawn, Races 11-12 at Gulfstream Park - featuring the Grade 3 Hal's Hope and the Texas Glitter, respectively - and the sixth race at Santa Anita Park.

The minimum bet for the multi-track, multi-race wager is 50 cents. Wagering on the Cross Country Pick 5 is also available on track, on ADW platforms, and at simulcast facilities across the country. There will be a mandatory payout of the entire pool.
