Full season plans for premium reserved seats and raised bar seats in The Stretch currently available
The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) will welcome the general public to purchase full-season ticket plans for the 2018 meet at historic Saratoga Race Course beginning Tuesday, March 20 at 10 a.m. EDT.
Full-season ticket plans include admission and reserved seats for the full 40-day season in the Grandstand or Clubhouse. Season ticket packages will be available for purchase online through NYRA Account Manager where fans may utilize the Saratoga Virtual Venue seating map to digitally preview their seat location and sightlines before purchasing tickets.
Additionally, full-season plans are currently available for approximately 200 premium reserved seats, a limited number of dining tables and 20 reserved bar seats in Saratoga's newest hospitality area - The Stretch, located in the grandstand at the Top of the Stretch. The all-new, private hospitality area features modern and upscale amenities in a casual environment with breathtaking views of thoroughbreds rounding the final turn as they enter the dramatic stretch drive.
Season ticket holders to The Stretch will enjoy exclusive access to a full-service bar, kitchen and concessions, high-definition televisions and video screens, special events, and private restrooms. Guests will also enjoy a relaxed dress code at The Stretch.
Based on the initial demand for boxes and table seating in this newly revitalized section of the grandstand, all premium reserved seating is anticipated to sell quickly.
"We are experiencing an unprecedented level of demand for The Stretch which has met with a tremendous response from racing fans. All available boxes are reserved for the season and the remaining inventory is selling fast," said NYRA Vice President and Chief Experience Officer Lynn LaRocca. "A season plan is a great way to ensure you don't miss a minute of the action at Saratoga this summer. Whether you prefer the Clubhouse, Grandstand or The Stretch, we have an option available for all racing fans and encourage them to reserve a seat for the season."
Season ticket plans for The Stretch are available for purchase exclusively through the NYRA Box Office by phone at (844) NYRA-TIX or via email at [email protected]. Additional information is available at NYRA.com/TheStretch.
All Saratoga season plan holders will automatically be enrolled in the Saratoga Season Perks program which includes discounts on-track and at participating off-track locations, including local restaurants, merchants, service providers and entertainment venues. Discounts at participating partners are valid from June 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019 with a Saratoga Season Perks card.
Season ticket plan holders will also be guaranteed a Saratoga premium giveaway on the day of the giveaway. Season plan holders must be present at Saratoga Race Course, enter through the designated season ticket holder lines and redeem the giveaway by the designated time. Redemptions will begin when gates open to the general public.
Weekly ticket plans for the Clubhouse, Grandstand and The Stretch will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, April 10.
Single-day tickets for The Stretch will go on sale Tuesday, April 24, while Clubhouse and Grandstand reserved seats for the 2018 season will be available beginning Thursday, May 3. Inventory may be limited and is based on availability.

The 40-day meet, which includes 69 stakes worth $18.8 million in purses, will run from Friday, July 20, through Labor Day, Monday, September 3.
