Andy Serling and Richard Migliore, both members of The New York Racing Association, Inc.'s (NYRA) broadcast team, will serve as analysts for The Jockey Club Tour on Fox series.
Fox Sports 1 will offer nine broadcasts featuring racing from various tracks throughout the United States in 2014. Races to be featured include the Grade 1 Man o' War and Mother Goose from Belmont Park and the TVG Coaching Club American Oaks, Saratoga Special, and Sword Dancer Invitational from Saratoga Race Course.
Serling, a frequent racegoer while growing up in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., alternated between trading options on the floor of the American Stock Exchange and playing the races professionally before he joined NYRA's broadcast team during the spring of 2008. Always opinionated, Serling offers his handicapping insights on Talking Horses, NYRA Live, Trips & Traps, and The National Racing Report. Serling also offers picks and analysis through his Twitter account.
Migliore, who hails from Long Island, began competing as a jockey in 1980 and won the 1981 Eclipse Award as the nation's top apprentice with 298 victories. Twice the leading rider in New York - in 1981 and 1985 - Migliore won or tied as leading rider at 10 different NYRA meets, most recently taking the 2005 Aqueduct spring meet. Migliore now co-hosts The NYRA Network Presents Raceday and the National Racing Report among other responsibilities at NYRA.
The Jockey Club Tour on Fox broadcast team also includes Alyssa Ali and Simon Bray. Greg Wolf will host.
