Belmont Park will have a first-race post time of 1:20 p.m. on most race days during its 2014 spring/summer meet, which begins May 1 and concludes July 13. The time will remain unchanged from the current 1:20 p.m. first post at Aqueduct Racetrack.

There will be four "Party at the Park" cards, with twilight racing on the following Fridays: June 20, June 27, July 4, and July 11. First post on those days will be 3 p.m.

Belmont's first race will go off at noon on Kentucky Derby Day (May 3) and Preakness Day (May 17), with 12 races scheduled for both days.

On Belmont Stakes Day, June 7, the first race will go off at 11:35 a.m. Belmont will host six Grade 1 races and four other stakes on Belmont Stakes Day, which has become the second most lucrative day in North American racing with purses totaling $8 million.

Pending regulatory approval, there will be three guaranteed pools on Belmont Stakes Day: a $500,000 Guaranteed Pick 5 spanning races 1-5, a $1 million Guaranteed Pick 6 on races 6-11, and a $1.5 million Guaranteed Pick 4 covering races 8-11.

In addition, there will be a pair of two-day Daily Double wagers going into Belmont Stakes, one that begins with the Grade 2 True North and ends with the Grade 1 Metropolitan Handicap and one that starts with the Belmont Gold Cup Invitational and ends with the Grade 1 Belmont Stakes, also pending regulatory approval. The True North and Belmont Gold Cup will be contested on Friday, June 6.

Starting May 10, Belmont will offer a $300,000 Guaranteed Late Pick 4 every Saturday, pending regulatory approval.
