With California Chrome attempting to sweep the Triple Crown in the 146th running of the Belmont Stakes on June 7 at Belmont Park, The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) has instituted the following policies:

Tickets will not be available for purchase from 4:30 p.m. eastern time on May 17 through 10 a.m. on Monday, May 19. Effective Monday at 10 a.m., Belmont Stakes tickets will be available exclusively through Ticketmaster, either by visiting www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000. Tickets are no longer available by calling, emailing or faxing NYRA, or by visiting NYRA's box office.

Tickets purchased after May 17 will have Ticketmaster print-at-home activated. The official souvenir tickets will be available for pick-up at the Reserved Seats Annex on the third floor Grandstand on Belmont Stakes Day.

Grandstand ($10) and Clubhouse ($30) admission will be available for walk-up purchases. Grandstand admission can also be pre-purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com.

After winning the Kentucky Derby and Preakness, California Chrome will attempt to win the Belmont Stakes and become the 12th horse to sweep the Triple Crown. No horse has captured the Triple Crown since Affirmed in 1978. Belmont Park will host 10 stakes on June 7, with the Belmont Stakes card bolstered by races such as the Grade 1, $1.25 million Metropolitan Handicap, Grade 1, $1 million Knob Creek Manhattan, and Grade 1, $1 million Ogden Phipps.
