Their dam was second in the Grade 1 Matron as a 2-year-old and is a full-sister to Champion Three-Year-Old Filly Heavenly Prize (Grade 1 wins: Frizette, Alabama, Gazelle, Beldame, Apple Blossom, Hempstead Handicap, Go for Wand, John A. Morris) and Grade 1 Matron heroine Oh What a Windfall.

SHADOW BANKING (dark bay or brown colt, Harlan’s Holiday—Rietondale, by Dynaformer) is out of an unraced full-sister to Dynaforce, who won the Grade 1 Beverly D. and Grade 1 Flower Bowl Invitational and annexed a listed stakes in France. Rietondale also is a half-sister to multiple Grade 1 winner Cetewayo (Sword Dancer Invitational Handicap, Gulfstream Park Turf Handicap), Grade 2 winner Bowman Mill (Grade 2 Sky Classic, also was second in the Grade 1 Hollywood Turf Cup) and minor stakes winner Ntombi. All three foals out of Rietdonale to race have won on the grass, including multiple stakes-placed Profiteroles and Stormy Len, recently second in the Grade 1 Secretariat.
