The Belmont Horsemen's Relations office is the second door on the right in the Racing Building near the paddock. Horsemen's Relations works a Belmont Fall racing schedule of Wednesday through Sunday, 9am to 5pm, with the exception of Columbus Day when the office is open on Monday and off Wednesday.
As of Belmont Fall Meet: Owners may attend the races on the days they are entered to run. Please contact Horsemen's Relations by phone at (516) 488-6008 or email at [email protected] to be added to the entry list after the overnight is out. All requests must be received in advance by 4PM the day prior to the race. The office will confirm admission and provide arrival instructions and parking via email the afternoon before race day.
Every individual on the premises must agree to a temperature check and wear a face covering while on property.
Ownership groups are limited to 10 people. A New York State Gaming Commission owner license is required. Owners who have been in a territory on the New York travel advisory list and have not quarantined in New York for 14 days will not be permitted.
Upon check in at the Clubhouse entrance you will receive a wristband and your seating and paddock passes. Seating and paddock access are assigned to adhere to social distancing standards.
At this time there are no concessions available on site. Owners are welcome to bring their own food and beverage. No glass containers are permitted.
Alysse Jacobs, Horsemen's Relations Associate
Alysse began working in NYRA's Horsemen's Relations department under Carmen Barrera in 2009. She assumed the head position of the department in 2019.
Teal Albertrani, Horsemen's VIP Concierge
Teal was born to a racing family and interned with Horsemen's Relations in Saratoga for several seasons. She returned to NYRA in a full-time position in 2019 and maintains the Horsemen's Lounge activities.
Harper Gray, Horsemen's Relations Clerk
Harper hails from Kentucky and grew up racing at Churchill Downs. She began this seasonal assisting role for the Belmont and Saratoga meets in 2020.
