10th annual Belmont/Elmont Day Parade marches on Saturday, June 3rd

What: The New York Racing Association Inc. (NYRA) and members of the Elmont community celebrate their strong relationship with 10th annual Belmont/Elmont Day Parade.
Where: Parade begins at parking lot of Alva T. Stanforth Athletic Complex, 700 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY.
When: Parade steps off at 10am.
Details: Since its start in 2007 the
parade has grown into a wildly anticipated event for dozens Elmont community
groups. Following the parade, community members will participate in a day-long
event at the Marquee Tent adjacent to the paddock at Belmont Park. In 2016,
more than one thousand people marched in the parade including NYRA employees.
Parade Route: March starts at Alva T. Stanforth Athletic Complex adjacent to the Elmont Public Library and moves west on Hempstead Turnpike to the Gate 5 entrance of Belmont Park, ending at the Marquee Tent next to the paddock.
