Pick 6 carryover of $21K on Jockey Club Gold Cup Day at Belmont Park

A longshot victory by Sugar Mags in Race 4 at Belmont Park on Friday, paying $40 on a $2 bet, helped trigger a Pick 6 carryover of $21,815 into Saturday's 11-race card, which will feature the Grade 1, $750,000 Jockey Club Gold Cup, the Grade 1, $500,000 Champagne and the Grade 3, $500,000 Hill Prince.

Saturday's Pick 6 will start with Race 6 with an approximate post time of 3:03 p.m. and will include the Champagne in Race 8, the Hill Prince in Race 9 and the Jockey Club Gold Cup in Race 10.

Friday's full Pick 6 sequence was: Sugar Mags ($40), Thaddeus ($12), Startwithsilver ($4), Side Tracks ($6), Lucky Long ($5.90), and Sand City ($2.90) in the finale.

The consolation payout for five out of six correct was: $173.50

Wagering on the Pick 6 is available through NYRA Bets, on-track, at Aqueduct Racetrack, as well as simulcast facilities across the country.
