Stewards inquiry in the stretch approaching the wire as #2 Dwizard(Irad Ortiz Jr) ducks to inside rail while racing outside of the 2^ndplace finisher

#6 Frozen Angel(Rosario Montanez) and the 1^st place finisher #4 Side Tracks(Joe Bravo) and the rider has to take a strong hold. After reviewing

the video and speaking to riders involved, the #2 Dwizard caused his own problem and the race is official as is. 4.6.2.5
