Mobile Ticketing

Getting into Saratoga is simple with mobile tickets. Follow the quick steps listed below to access your mobile tickets. If you have any questions, please call us at 844-NYRA-TIX or email us at [email protected]

Step 1

Access Step 1
First, download the NYRA At The Track App.

Step 2

Access Step 2
If necessary, under the “More Tab”, select Saratoga Race Course at the top right corner of your screen.

Step 3

From the home screen, select the ticket icon on the top right-hand corner or select My Tickets from the Tickets menu.

Step 4

Access Step 4
You will be prompted to enter your Ticketmaster.com or NYRA AccountManager login information.

Step 5

You will see the events you have purchased. After selecting an event you can add the event to the Apple Wallet or Google Pay apps or select View Barcode and a QR code will display to be scanned for entry.

Transfer Step 1
From the home screen, select the ticket icon on the top right-hand corner or select My Tickets from the Tickets menu.

You will be prompted to enter your Ticketmaster.com or NYRA AccountManager login information.

Select the event that you would like to transfer ticket from.

Step 4

At the bottom of the ticket that you want to transfer there is a Send button.

Select the ticket you would like to transfer. Enter the person’s email you are transferring the ticket to.

Accept Step 1
You will receive an email from NYRA if someone attempts to transfer a ticket to you. The email will give you the option to accept or decline the ticket transfer, as well as showing the seat information and the person’s info who is transferring the ticket.

You will be prompted to enter your Ticketmaster.com or NYRA AccountManager login information.

Step 3

Then, to access the tickets you will accept the offer and then sign into your Ticketmaster account through the NYRA At The Track app or Ticketmaster.com.

From the home screen, select the ticket icon on the top right-hand corner or select My Tickets from the Tickets menu.

You will be prompted to enter your Ticketmaster.com or NYRA AccountManager login information.

Step 3

Sell Step 3
Select the event that you would like to post your tickets for sale.

Step 4

At the bottom of the ticket that you want to transfer there is a Sell button.

Select the ticket you would like to sell.

Then, enter the appropriate information to list your tickets for sale.

FAQ

If I can’t download the app, can I still access mobile tickets?
Yes, you can always access your tickets through the NYRA Account Manager portal using your phone’s browser.
I don’t have a smartphone, how do I get my tickets?
Call the Box Office at 844-NYRA-TIX to arrange for your tickets can be mailed to you or you can pick them up at Will Call.
Can I use a screenshot of my tickets to enter Saratoga?
No, screenshots of tickets will not be accepted. Tickets need to be accessed through the NYRA At The Track app, Account Manager, or Apple Wallet.
What if the tickets are purchased on my account but I’m not attending?
You will need to transfer the tickets to the person who is attending (see transfer instructions above). The recipient will need to accept your transfer and create an account if they don’t already have one.
I accidentally transferred the tickets to the wrong email how do you cancel?
As long as the transfer hasn’t been accepted, you may cancel the transfer by logging into your account and re-send to the correct email. Unfortunately, transfers may not be canceled once they are accepted by the recipient.
