Preference to start will be determined by Graded Stakes winners, Graded Stakes placed runners, non-restricted Stakes winners, condition eligibility. Any ties will be broken by total earnings. A trophy will be presented to the winning owner. The New York Racing Association reserves the right to transfer this race to the main track.
