Elegant attire has long been a tradition at Belmont Park. Ladies & Gentlemen who honor this tradition are always appreciated. People 12 years and over must abide by the dress code.

Guests are kindly asked to follow the dress code in the box area.
Gentlemen: Collared shirts are required. Jackets are not required but strongly encouraged.
Ladies: Suits, dresses, pant suits.

Fans may bring coolers into the backyard of the grandstand at Belmont Park, and they are also permitted at our trackside Top of the Stretch Picnic area. Coolers will not be allowed in any other area at the track. Glass containers are not allowed anywhere in the park. As in the past, fans can bring in coolers containing cans or plastic bottles. All glass containers are prohibited.
Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium in excess of the amount allowed by any Federal, State or local law or regulation; the NYS legislature prohibits any resale of tickets within 1,000 feet of our property line. New in 2015, reserved seats ticket buyers can resell their tickets through TicketMaster Plus. Ticket buyers can log into their Account Manager account to implement this ticket resale option.
If racing is cancelled, for any reason, after five (5) races have been run there are no refunds or exchanges of any kind.
