The Aqueduct Horsemen's Relations office is located across from the horsemen’s area of the Racing Office in the basement. Horsemen's Relations works an Aqueduct racing schedule of Wednesday through Sunday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with some holiday exceptions. The office will be closed for winter holiday beginning December 21, returning on December 30. There will be holiday racing on Monday, January 18 and Monday, February 15, meaning the office will be closed on Wednesday of those weeks.
As of Aqueduct Fall Meet: Owners may attend the races on the days they are entered to run. Please contact Horsemen's Relations by phone at (516) 488-6008 or email at [email protected] to be added to the admission list after the overnight is out. All requests must be received in advance by 4PM the day prior to the race. The office will confirm attendance and provide arrival instructions and admission via email the afternoon before race day.
Every individual on the premises must agree to a temperature check and wear a face covering while on property.
New York State has issued a travel policy for individuals coming from noncontiguous states. Travelers must first test negative for Covid-19 within three (3) days of traveling to New York. Upon arrival, they must quarantine in place for three (3) days. On the fourth day, they must take a rapid test with a negative result to exit quarantine. Owners coming from a noncontiguous state must follow these protocols and provide negative test results for entry to the track.
Owners in attendance must hold a current New York State Gaming Commission owner license.
Upon check in at the Clubhouse entrance you will receive a wristband and be directed to the Horsemen’s Lounge. Seating and paddock access are assigned to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Owners are welcome to bring their own food and beverage.
