by NYRA Press Office

Saturday’s Pick 6 sequence went unsolved at Aqueduct Racetrack, triggering an $18,815 carryover into Sunday’s nine-race card at the Big A, which features the 80th running of the $100,000 East View.

Saturday’s sequence started with a long shot win by Heat Check ($58) in Race 4. It was followed by My Boy Tate ($4.20) in the $100,000 Say Florida Sandy, Light the Vow ($21) in Race 6, Nisha ($6.90) in Race 7, and Firenze Fire ($2.90) in the $150,000 Jerome, a Kentucky Derby prep race awarding 10 points to the winner. In the finale, Nolinski ($6.50) crossed the wire first to cap the days card.

The consolation payout for five of six winners was $391.50.

Live racing is scheduled to resume Sunday with a post time of 12:20 p.m. The Pick 6 sequence starts with Race 4 with an approximate post time of 1:50 p.m.
