Highlighted by the Grade 1, $500,000 Joe Hirsch Turf Classic, America's Day at the Races will air on Saturday from 2:30-6:00 p.m. Eastern on FS2 to provide coverage and analysis of five stakes races from Belmont Park.

In addition to the Grade 1 Joe Hirsch Turf Classic, America's Day at the Races, presented by America's Best Racing, Runhappy and Claiborne Farm, will include coverage of the $150,000 Belmont Turf Sprint Invitational, the Grade 3, $150,000 Matron, the Grade 2, $400,000 Hill Prince, and the Grade 1, $500,000 Champagne.

In the Joe Hirsch Turf Classic, Wachtel Stables, R. A. Hill Stables, Gary Barber and Reeves Thoroughbred Racing's Channel Maker will attempt to repeat his 2018 victory when taking on a field of seven assembled for the 12-furlong test over the Widener turf course at Belmont Park. The Joe Hirsch Turf Classic has a scheduled post time of 4:50 p.m.

Saturday's 148th running of the Champagne is a "Win and You're In" qualifier to the Grade 1, $2 million Breeders' Cup Juvenile on November 1 at Santa Anita. Contested at one mile over the famed Big Sandy at Belmont, the Champagne will feature a talented seven-horse field looking to add to the impressive list of past winners. It also serves as New York's first "Road to the Kentucky Derby" prep race, offering 10 qualifying points to the winner for the 2020 Run for the Roses and 4-2-1 points to the second-through-fourth-place finishers.

Following the Saturday broadcast from Belmont Park, which will include coverage of the Grade 3, $100,000 L.A. Woman from Santa Anita Park, America's Day at the Races will present a special one hour show from 7-8 p.m. Eastern on FS2 to provide live coverage and analysis of the Grade 2, $200,000 City of Hope Mile and the Grade 1, $300,000 Santa Anita Sprint Championship, a "Win and You're In" qualifier to the Grade 1, $2 million Breeders' Cup Sprint. The special telecast will be hosted from Santa Anita by Laffit Pincay III with racing analysis from Hall of Fame jockey Gary Stevens and Michelle Yu reporting.

Three Breeders' Cup spots will be on the line on Sunday at Belmont, as the Grade 1, $500,000 Flower Bowl and the Grade 1, $400,000 Frizette will award the winners an all-fees-paid berth into the Filly & Mare Turf and Juvenile Fillies divisions, respectively. The Grade 3, $150,000 Futurity for 2-year-olds on the turf will award a spot in the Juvenile Turf Sprint to the winner.

Sunday's edition of America's Day at the Races will air on FS2 from 2-5:30 p.m. Eastern. with regional coverage on MSG from 4-6 p.m.
