New rules for the Pick 4, Pick 5 and Pick 6 begin on Opening Day at Spa

New York State Gaming Commission rules governing the Pick 4, Pick 5 and Pick 6 will go into effect on Friday, July 22, opening day at Saratoga Race Course.

The bettor-friendly changes, adopted in April, impact when a pool gets refunded as well as the major and minor split on the Pick 6 when races are taken off the turf.
