NYRA partners with Woodbine to offer Cross Country Pick 4 on Saturday

Saturday's Inter track wager highlighted by Woodbine Mile
Belmont Park Live to provide coverage and analysis of each leg

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) will team up with Woodbine Racetrack on Saturday, September 15, to offer a Cross Country Pick 4 highlighted by the Grade 1, $800,000 Ricoh Woodbine Mile. The latest in NYRA's Fall series of Cross Country Pick 4s, Saturday's edition will include three graded stakes between Belmont Park and Woodbine, with live coverage and analysis of each leg provided on Belmont Park Live.

The multi-race wager, hosted by NYRA and featuring a 50-cent minimum, will start with the Woodbine Mile, carded as Race 8, at 4:48 p.m. ET, followed by Race 8 from Belmont Park with a scheduled post time of 5:18 p.m. The third leg of the Pick 4 sequence is the Grade 2, $250,000 Canadian, carded as Race 9 from Woodbine with an approximate post time of 5:27 p.m. The Grade 2, $400,000 Sands Point will be the anchor leg of Saturday's Cross Country Pick 4 as Race 9 from Belmont with an approximate post time of 5:53 p.m.

The Woodbine Mile, a "Win and You're In" qualifier for the Breeders' Cup Mile, will feature a strong group of contenders including Delta Prince, Lord Glitters and Oscar Performance among the nine-horse field. Belmont Park Live will provide stateside coverage and analysis through MSG+ as well as FOX Sports Prime Ticket and FOX Sports San Diego.

The 24th running of the Sands Point, at 1 1/8 miles on Belmont's inner turf, will see trainers Chad Brown send out three contenders in Reversethedecision, Shadan and Barkaa. Graham Motion will send out Secret Message and Colonia, while Hall of Fame trainer Neil Drysdale and Bill Mott will look for big efforts out of Californiagoldrush and Capla Temptress, respectively. Victorine, trained by Alex-Henri Pantall, is also part of a strong eight-horse field.

Hosted by Andy Serling with racing analysis from Paul Lo Duca and Anthony Stabile, Belmont Park Live will air Saturday from 4-6 p.m. ET on MSG+ in the New York metropolitan market and on the West Coast via FOX Sports Prime Ticket and FOX Sports San Diego in California. Coverage will also available on NYRA Now, the official video streaming application of NYRA.

The Belmont Park Fall Cross Country Pick 4 wager series will continue with Parx Racing on September 22 highlighted by the Grade 1, $1 million Pennsylvania Derby . A special Intercontinental Pick 4 wager with Paris Longchamp is slated for October 7 featuring the Group 1 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe and with Yonkers Raceway on October 13.
