The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) will accept full space corporate and group hospitality reservations for the 2020 season at Saratoga Race Course beginning Tuesday, March 3 at 10 a.m.
Among the group options available are the first-floor banquet space, second-floor event space and third-floor luxury suites at the 1863 Club. The three-story, climate-controlled building, located on the Clubhouse turn, debuted last season to widespread acclaim.
Reservations for full-space rentals will also be available in the following on-track hospitality areas: Festival Tent; Big Red Spring Tent; Miller Lite Party Tent; and Easy Goer.
"The 1863 Club was tremendously well-received during its inaugural season and we look forward to welcoming even more fans to experience the outstanding views and amenities available at this one-of-a-kind venue," said NYRA Chief Operating Officer Gordon Lavalette. "Saratoga Race Course is the ideal location to host a group or corporate gathering with options designed to fit parties of all sizes."
The Rail at the 1863 Club, the first-floor banquet space, features floor-to-ceiling windows and offers table seating for up to 500 guests. Fans on the first floor have access to a private outdoor area on the apron, offering an outstanding trackside vantage point and exceptional views of the thoroughbred racing action.
Full space reservations are also being accepted on weekdays for Legends Hall, the second-floor event space within the 1863 Club that can accommodate up to 100 guests. Additionally, reservations are available for the third-floor luxury suites, with capacities ranging from 30 to 45 guests. Both Legends Hall and the luxury suites feature private betting terminals and balconies.
NYRA announced last week that the Paddock Tent, which had been a permanent group hospitality fixture at Saratoga for more than a decade, will be removed prior to the start of the 2020 season. The elimination of the tent will return 240-square feet of picnic space to fans along the historic Saratoga paddock.
Partial space reservations for all group hospitality venues, including individual table reservations for The Rail at the 1863 Club, will be accepted beginning Tuesday, March 17 at 10 a.m.
