Non-winners of a Graded sweepstakes in 2024 allowed 2 lbs.; of a sweepstakes other than State-bred in 2024 allowed 4 lbs.; of two races other than maiden, claiming, starter or State-bred allowance in 2024 allowed 6 lbs. Preference to start will be determined by Graded Stake winners, Graded Stake placed runners, non-restricted stake winners, condition eligibility.
