Arlington Million to be featured on expanded edition of Saratoga Live

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) announced today that Saratoga Live has been expanded on Saturday, August 10 to include special coverage of both the Grade 1, $1 million Arlington Million and Grade 1, $500,000 Secretariat, the marquee races of the annual International Festival of Racing from Arlington Park.
"The Arlington Million is one of the signature turf races on the continent, regularly drawing the best of the division from around the world," said Tony Allevato, President of NYRA Bets & Executive Producer for NYRA TV. "We are pleased to be able to once again provide sports fans around the country with live coverage and on-site analysis from Arlington Park."
Extended coverage of the International Festival of Racing from Arlington Park will be broadcast live on FS2 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Secretariat is slated for Race 10 with an approximate post time of 6:28 p.m., with the 37th running of the Arlington Million set to burst from the starting gate at 7:12 p.m. In addition to the broadcast team at Saratoga, Michelle Yu will provide live reporting and analysis from Arlington Park.
Prior to the special, expanded broadcast, Saratoga Live will air from 2:30 - 5 p.m. ET with national coverage on FS2 and regional coverage on MSG+, FOX Sports San Diego, FOX Sports Prime Ticket and on the Altitude Sports Network.
The Grade 1, $500,000 Fourstardave Handicap and Grade 2, $200,000 Saratoga Special will be broadcast live on NBC as part of a 1-hour national show from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern.
