NYRA and Churchill Downs reach agreement

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) today announced that it has reached a contractual resolution with Churchill Downs, Inc. (Churchill Downs) that allows for TwinSpires customers to regain immediate access to all NYRA content, including pari-mutuel wagering, live video and race replays from the summer meet at Saratoga Race Course.

In addition, all Churchill Downs content will be immediately available to NYRA Bets customers.
